This website is operated by Matt Jodouin Coaching ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.mjmindsetcoach.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call, take the Life Audit, or fill out a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle and your answers to our questions.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we collect basic data about how you use the site (pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type) using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How we use it

• To schedule and prepare for your call and to deliver coaching services.
• To send you the resources you requested and follow-up messages by email or text. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, or reply STOP to any text.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (HighLevel), email and SMS delivery, video conferencing and Meta's advertising tools, and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to understand visits and actions on this site and to show relevant ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages, at any time by emailing us. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.
